Privacy Policy and Personal Data Information Notice
This notice explains how personal data is processed within the scope of arfpi.net, GeoERP Suite user panel, license management and related digital services.
1. Data Controller
Within the scope of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, your personal data is processed by ARFPI as the data controller.

2. Personal Data We Process
The following personal data may be processed within the scope of arfpi.net and GeoERP Suite services:
- Identity information: first name and last name.
- Contact information: email address.
- Account information: username, password hash, email verification status, admin/demo user status.
- Professional information: profession and industry/sector information.
- License information: product code, license status, license start/end date, license password, active/passive status.
- Device and license verification information: CPU ID, computer name and license verification records.
- Transaction security information: session data, essential cookies, form security data, IP address and system logs.
- Email transaction information: email verification links, password reset links and email delivery records.
3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Creating and managing user accounts.
- Verifying email addresses.
- Providing access to the user panel and admin panel.
- Managing password reset and account security processes.
- Creating, activating, deactivating and verifying licenses for GeoERP Suite products.
- Tracking product-based licenses for each user.
- Verifying which computer is associated with licensed software use.
- Ensuring service security and preventing misuse.
- Providing technical support, customer relations and service continuity.
- Complying with legal obligations.
4. Method of Collection
Your personal data is collected electronically through registration forms, login forms, password reset forms, the user panel, the admin panel, license creation screens, license verification services and email communication processes, either automatically or partially automatically.
5. Legal Basis
Your personal data may be processed on the legal grounds of establishing or performing a contract, fulfilling legal obligations, establishing, exercising or protecting a right, legitimate interests of the data controller and, where necessary, your explicit consent.
6. License Password and Panel Password
The password used for logging into the user panel is stored securely as a password hash. Product-based license passwords are associated with license records and are used for desktop software license verification processes. Users may set a separate license password for each product.
License serial numbers are not displayed in the user panel for security reasons. In the admin panel, license and device information may be used only for license management and technical support purposes.
7. Cookies
arfpi.net uses only essential cookies required for the secure and proper operation of the website. These cookies are used for maintaining user sessions, form security, CSRF protection and remembering the cookie notice preference. Advertising, marketing or behavioral tracking cookies are not used.

8. Transfer of Personal Data
As a rule, your personal data is not shared with third parties. However, where necessary for the provision of services, limited data may be shared with the following parties:
- Email delivery infrastructure providers.
- Hosting and server service providers.
- Authorized public institutions and authorities.
- Competent authorities in case of legal obligations or disputes.
SMTP/email service providers may be used for sending email verification and password reset messages. Such transfer is limited only to the purpose of delivering the relevant email.
9. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. User accounts, license records and transaction security records may be retained throughout the service relationship and for the periods required under applicable legal obligations.
Account or license records may be deactivated instead of deleted where this is necessary for verifying license history, security records and customer relationship history.
10. Data Security
Reasonable technical and administrative measures are applied to protect your personal data. These measures may include user session security, form security, password hashing, authorization controls, admin access controls, essential cookies and server-side security measures.
11. Rights of the Data Subject
Under the applicable personal data protection legislation, you may have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if it has been processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, request deletion or destruction under the conditions set forth by law, and exercise other rights provided by applicable legislation.

13. Changes
