Terms of Service and Use

1. Scope

These Terms of Service and Use apply to software, license management services, user panel services, download links, updates and related digital services provided by ARFPI through arfpi.net.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing or using the software, the user accepts these terms, the applicable license conditions and the usage rules published by ARFPI. Users who do not accept these terms must not download, install or use the software.

3. Authorized Use

The software may only be used by authorized users and only within the scope of the license granted for the relevant product. The user is responsible for ensuring that the software is used in compliance with applicable laws, license conditions, professional standards and third-party rights.

4. Prohibited Uses

The following actions are prohibited:

• Unauthorized copying, distribution, resale, sublicensing or sharing of the software.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, modifying or attempting to bypass license controls.
• Using the software in violation of laws, regulations or third-party rights.
• Using the license key, license password or account information of another person or organization.
• Attempting to interfere with, overload, damage or bypass the license services or website infrastructure.
• Using the software for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent or unauthorized commercial purposes.

5. License and Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials, license passwords and license-related information confidential. ARFPI is not responsible for damages arising from the user's failure to protect such information, unauthorized sharing, incorrect use or use by unauthorized persons.

6. Software Outputs and Professional Responsibility

GeoERP Suite and related software products may support geological data management, modeling, visualization, reporting and license workflows. The user is solely responsible for verifying input data, interpretation results, technical reports, model outputs and professional decisions made using the software.

The software does not replace the professional judgment, field verification, technical responsibility or legal obligations of geologists, engineers, consultants, companies or other professional users.

7. No Warranty

The software and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, unless otherwise agreed in writing. ARFPI does not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, suitable for every project, compatible with every system or sufficient for every technical or commercial purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by mandatory provisions of applicable law, ARFPI shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages, loss of data, loss of profit, business interruption, incorrect technical interpretation, project loss, third-party claims or other damages arising from user-related misuse, unauthorized use, incorrect data entry, incorrect interpretation, license violation or unlawful use of the software.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under mandatory applicable law.

9. Updates and Changes

ARFPI may update, modify, restrict, suspend or discontinue software features, license services, download links or related digital services where necessary. Updated terms become effective upon publication on arfpi.net unless otherwise stated.

10. Personal Data and Cookies

Personal data and cookies are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy published on arfpi.net. Users are advised to review these documents before using the services.
